Bavarian cuisine

Tavern cooking in the heart of Neuhausen

At Bavaria Soul on Nymphenburger Strasse we cook Bavarian – just as you would expect from a Munich tavern. The menu features the classics: oven-fresh crackling roast pork with dark beer gravy, Munich onion roast beef, boiled beef from alpine oxen and a dedicated schnitzel menu, from veal Wiener Schnitzel to cordon bleu.

For a traditional Brotzeit there is Obazda cheese spread, sausage salad and the Bavarian snack board; from the sausage kitchen come white sausages fresh from the kettle with sweet mustard and pretzel. Vegetarians will find Allgäu cheese spaetzle and house-made dumplings, and there is a children's menu for the little ones. On tap we pour Spaten Hell and Franziskaner wheat beer.
